Here are the two trailers we’re discussing on this week’s Hollywood Outsider Podcast. Watch them here, then listen to the full show!
A has-been actor, whose entire career stems from a comic-book hero he played years ago, mounts a Broadway play in an attempt to reclaim his past success. Michael Keaton stars at the titular character, while Ed Norton and Zack Galifianakis joins in the fun. This could be genius. Could be.
A witch teaches lessons through various characters of popular children’s stories including Little Red Riding Hood, Cinderella, Jack and the Beanstalk and Rapunzel. Directed by Chicago’s Rob Marshall and starring Anna Kendrick, Meryl Streep and Johnny Depp. This could be fantastic, or fantastically awful. Time will tell, but Marshall has the talent.
