Who is the Best Anti-Hero in Television History?
An anti-hero or anti-heroine is defined as a main character in a story who lacks conventional heroic qualities and attributes such as idealism, courage and morality. Often, an anti-hero is unorthodox and might flaunt laws or act in ways contrary to society’s standards. Who among those on TV does this best?
On this week’s episode of The Hollywood Outsider, we return to one of our favorite segments as we decide, once-and-for-all, who is the BEST! Walter White, Dexter Morgan, Frank Castle (The Punisher), 24’s Jack Bauer…the list goes on and on, but only can claim the title of “Best TV Anti-Hero”! We took a poll on our Facebook group to gather four of the eight in our latest Battle Royale and it’s finally time to find out who is the winner.
Also this week: a news roundup, and spoiler-free reviews of Ozark season 3 and Tiger King.
